Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Collection and analysis of personal data and derivation of measures across the company Implementation of the controlling concept (planning, coordination, verification, maintenance and, if necessary, adaptation of concepts, instruments and methods of personnel controlling) Execution of ad hoc analyses, regular deviation analyses and monthly target actual comparisons Implementation of company-wide personnel reporting Development of products and conceptual contributions in personnel reporting Contact person for personal controlling in the departments

Completed university studies (Bachelor) of the business or economy, preferably with the focus on personal controlling, or comparable qualifications, knowledge and experience At least 2 years of experience in personal controlling Experience with controlling and analysis methods as well as personal economic methods Good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Excel That would be desirable: High IT affinity and pronounced data mintset Experiences with BI tools (vzw.
