Visualization and assessment of application documents, appointment arrangements and telephone and written correspondence with applicants of the entire wiseburger group Active participation in job interviews by trainees and the possibility to conduct job interviews independently and to participate in decision-making Working in personal marketing, for example by participating in career fairs and further recruiting events Support and implementation of the trainee onboarding as well as organization and support of our intern master Own implementation of final discussions with interns independent processing of individual projects in recruiting and personal marketing as well as the possibility of introducing and implementing own ideas

You are studying Business Administration with a focus on staff, psychology, economic education or a comparable degree course A structured, independent and conscientious way of working distinguishes you In exchange with applicants as well as internal contact persons, you can convince by your open and communication-strong manner You are well organized, keep track of multiple tasks and appointments and work reliably You are safe to use the current MS Office applications
