Strategy, objectives and priorities You build scalable onboarding, implementation and support processes and continuously develop them (playbooks, standards) You carry out, coach and build a growing implementation and customer success team You can secure a smooth customer lifecycle – from onboarding/go-live to adoption, renewals and expansion You tax customer projects incl. Priority, resource planning and capacity management and take over escalation management in critical customer cases You define, trackt and reportest relevant KPIs (e.g. adoption, CSAT/NPS, Churn/Retention, Time-to-Value) and actively control their development

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, industrial informatics or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting in a B2B industry or SaaS environment You have proven experience in building and scaling teams and know cost-engineering tools, component calculations/should-costing and/or PLM/PDM systems Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems and brings knowledge in the SAP-MM (purchasing) or comparable modules with You have experience in software implementation projects incl. Project Management, Customer Control, Escalations and Time-to-Value Response You communicate very well in German and English – in writing as oral – and present convincingly
