For this we are looking for an experienced and powerful personality to lead this new area. You will act on the Executive Board in a direct line of reports and bear the responsibility for the development of this business field. Your task will be to expand the area with a clear vision and a sustainable growth concept and to further establish Sparkasse Oberhessen as a leading partner in real estate financing. Your tasks – Design the success of real estate financing: Total responsibility for real estate financing: The overall operational responsibility for the private real estate financing business of Sparkasse Oberhessen is in your hands Secure and expand market position: You develop and implement sales approaches that sustainably strengthen and expand the market position of Sparkasse Oberhessen in the real estate financing business Leadership and development of the team: You guide a team of professionals and executives, agree on clear goals, regularly give feedback and promote the professional and personal development of your employees and executives Target management and performance management: You are taking qualitative and quantitative targets from the company's specifications, setting priorities and ensuring regular review and documentation of the target realization Digital sales strategies and multi-channel management: You develop and implement innovative digital sales channels Customer recovery and network care: You build long-term, partnership relationships with our customers and plead them.
