Consultant Approval Processes and Regulations

At the next time, we are looking for you as a consultant: in approval processes and regulations (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. In order to make building projects easier, faster and more reliable, it requires legal and regulatory frameworks that fit the project practice. This position combines building management, law, technology and strategy and affects overarching topics that affect almost every building project. The focus is on taking on experience from project practice, identifying obstacles in the legal and regulatory framework and driving practical improvements. Your tasks: Proactive identification and analysis of legal and sub-legislative obstacles in project execution and deriving measures for simplification, standardization and acceleration Concentration and structured preparation of action needs in the context of bureaucracy reduction Participation in the further development of the legal framework (e.g. TSI, AEG, EIGV, VV BAU / VVBau STE, VwVfG, Umweltrecht) within the meaning of the Personal Traineeships division and the development and introduction of concrete proposals for the low-bureaucracy design of laws and regulations Advising the operational units on legal framework conditions, approval requirements and optimization possibilities Ensuring efficient internal approval processes in construction management as well as controlling and testing corresponding applications Initiation and monitoring of derogations (e.g. ministerial decrees) derogating from the existing legal framework Active representation of interests and networking (B.it countries and responsibilities) as well as representation in specialist bodies (e.g. on planning, environmental issues, commissioning, interoperability) Communication of the implementation of new and existing regulations in construction projects, offering training offers and management and moderation of working groups on the subject area
