Production Manager Workwear / Laundry (m/f/d)

Production Responsibility: Total responsibility for the planning, control and optimization of production processes to ensure timely and economic performance Management, motivation and further development of a team of over 40 employees in the two-shift system as well as direct management of the shift lines Staff deployment planning: Ensuring efficient personnel planning and optimal resource management to achieve productivity and quality objectives Process Optimization: Analysis, Development and Standardization of Production Processes Using Lean Management Methods for Sustainable Efficiency Enhancement Quality management: ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene, work and safety standards KPI control: monitoring and analysis of relevant production characteristics and deriving and implementing appropriate measures Employee development: promotion, coaching and further development of executives and employees and implementation of measures for long-term employees Interface Management: Close cooperation with the fields of technology, logistics, quality management and management to continuously improve processes

Qualification: Successfully completed technical or craft training with training as a master / technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification; as an alternative a completed study in the field of production, logistics, economic engineering or business management or a comparable discipline Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in a leading function within production, production, logistics or a comparable operating environment, for example as a production manager / production manager / head of operations (m/w/d) or in a comparable position Leadership competence: Detectional experience in leading larger teams as well as pronounced communication, motivation and conflict resolution competence Process understanding: Funded knowledge of production control and experience in the optimization of processes and organizational structures Planning strength: Embossed capabilities in personnel deployment planning, capacity control and resource optimization Analytical Competence: Safe handling of key figures and a structured and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges Responsibility: High self-initiative, enforcement and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hand-on mentality Language knowledge: Very good German in word and writing (at least C1)
