You introduce systems, processes and measuring instruments and qualify them for series operation. You document, maintain and improve production processes including process specifications and process controls. You plan, maintain and implement processes for process control and are responsible for the release of measurement systems. You monitor systems and processes using SPC and APC. You analyse and document problems as well as the underlying causes of errors and initiate corrective measures. You support the maintenance group in technical issues and troubleshooting. You develop and carry out training for the maintenance group and for the production staff.

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, physics or microsystems technology with the focus on microelectronics or Semiconductor physics. You bring a sound understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and technology processes. You have specific knowledge of plasma processes. You work independently and independently and are characterized by a very high quality awareness. You possess distinct team and communication skills. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
