Further information: www.finn.com Your role You conduct our FINN Station as a “CEO on site”, maintain overall responsibility for success and constantly develop your team and processes. You create a unique customer experience, organize efficient processes and take care of everything in the Daily-Doing. With your expertise, you are an important part of our further strategy and give important input for finding and launching new locations.

With your team you create a unique experience, go to individual wishes and set the basis for a high loyalty. You are KPI-driven and are constantly working with the right measures to set new standards for your station! You are responsible for the construction, development and motivation of the team at the site. You organize the day-to-day station and take care of everything you need with your team (transfers, returns, MRP, reorder, customer support,...).

3-5 years of experience in a customer-oriented area (e.g. gastronomy, hotel industry, car hire or the like). First Leadership experiences are a plus. Entrepreneurs in their hearts: you are packing up, you like to take responsibility and have the constant urge to improve. You have a natural talent for organization and enjoy creating efficient processes and structures. You have strong communication skills and the ability to feel in the needs and concerns of customers. Your quick understanding and flexibility will help you find yourself in an agile environment. Also in stress situations you keep a cool head and stay well organized. Driving licence class B (cars). You speak fluent German (C2 level) and very good English.
