What we plan together: The functional area bundles the compliance activities for the strategic business units of REWE and PENNY. In addition, the area coordinates the topics of data protection, internal control system (IKS), process and risk management and supports operational and strategic projects in the context of corporate governance.

What you are moving with us: Actively shape compliance instruction management – from the supervision of compliance tools to the advice of internal executives, employees and external business partners:in case of compliance requests. The design and implementation of training as well as workshops on relevant compliance topics have a preventive effect. Evolve policy management – implementation and continuous optimization in close coordination with the Compliance central area. Advising experts, in particular on issues relating to anti-corruption policies. Control the internal control system (IKS) in the company – validation, coordination and implementation according to Group-wide requirements. Identify and control compliance risks – support for the disciplines in the regular risk inventory and follow-up of resulting measures. Use communication in a targeted manner to convey compliance measures in a comprehensible and effective manner. Clear and document supply chain complaints, including the setting of appropriate remedy measures. Design and coordinate internal projects with compliance – from planning to implementation.

What convinces us: A completed economic or legal degree (University, FH) or a completed vocational training with relevant professional experience – ideally in auditing, auditing, compliance or risk management.
