Assembly Employee (m/w/d) - Electrical

You have a good technical understanding and work precisely according to requirements? For an internationally active company in industrial drive technology, we are looking for motivated assembly staff (m/w/d) for the pre- and final assembly of transmission motors and assemblies.

The position must be taken as part of the transfer of workers – with a long-term perspective and takeover option. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Your tasks: • Pre-assembly of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies by piece lists and assembly plans • Final assembly of complete gear motors according to operating instructions • Examination of the supplied components for completeness and quality according to the list • Documentation and feedback of the daily pieces as well as assembly errors (e.g. OEE, FPY) • Labelling of the manufactured components in small charge carriers (KLT) using the order papers • Accounting and feedback of production orders in the system of operating data acquisition (BDE) • Implementation of simple visual and functional testing for quality assurance • Support in the continuous optimization of assembly processes (KVP) • Compliance with work safety and quality requirements

Your qualifications: • Ideally a technical training (but not necessarily necessary) or comparable professional experience in assembly • Experience in assembly or assembly • Safe handling of assembly instructions, drawings and lists • Ready for 2-shift work • Careful, structured working and team skills • Basic knowledge with digital order documents desirable
