As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. The asset management area has the overall overview of the state and the technologies used in our transmission network. With a deep understanding of the energy system of the future and the working relationships, concrete needs are identified to ensure system stability and security today and in the future. Engagedly, you will be involved in our network construction projects in your student work. Your special field: the conversion planning. Here you use and test tools in rebuilding planning, create new tools in Microsoft Power BI and develop existing ones. In addition, you support the evaluation and testing of circuit messages. Last but not least, under the instructions, you will check data sets for network calculation in the conversion planning and help to develop standards and processes.

You complete a study with an electrotechnical background and are currently immatriculated. Ideally, you have already dealt with high-voltage and high-voltage power networks professionally – for example as part of your studies. You have as much knowledge as possible in Power BI and brings first experience in network calculations, preferably with the INTEGRAL software tool. And personally? If you like to introduce your own ideas, enrich discussions and promote progress. You work aim-oriented and reliable and are happy to work on new topics.
