Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Date and appropriate order processing inland and export for equipment, accessories and spare parts, from order acceptance, inspection and registration via shipping document or spare parts Invoicing and shipping declaration
• Customer support of national and international customers by phone / email
• Processing of customer requests as well as complaints and returns (Gutschriften)
• Coordination of goods shipment, creation of shipping documents including customs and export documents (ATLAS)
• Creating residue lists and developing and tracking key figures
• Ensure communication with all relevant internal and external bodies
• Data management of the product and customer master files as well as application of the ERP system Infor LN, the CRM system Salesforce as well as the dealer platform Parts-and-More
• Working with optimization projects within the scope of the task

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Ideally multiannual experience in customs and export processing, as well as in communication with authorities
• Structured, reliable and targeted operation
• Sovereign communication, high level of customer and service orientation
• Very good English skills in word and writing
