Head of second-hand store - business economist (waste management, environmental management, sustainability), environmental manager or similar (m/f/d)

You ensure the operational readiness and smooth operation of our company. You live the Re-Use concept and actively develop it. You plan and implement projects relating to waste prevention, recycling and sustainable consumption. You develop new services and strengthen the economic basis of the used goods house. You will prepare key figures, statistics and reports and take steps to further develop them. You take the personnel responsibility for a team of up to 20 employees – from deployment planning to personnel development. You pay attention to compliance with statutory requirements, especially in labour and environmental law. You encourage the exchange with cooperation partners, social institutions and authorities. You perform tasks in public relations and marketing, especially in the use of social media, to actively promote the re-use idea.

You have completed university studies (Diplom-FH/Bachelor) in the field of waste management, environmental management or in a comparable course of study. You bring experiences in project development and control. You have basic knowledge of accounting and business management. You also convince us with marketing skills and joy in the use of digital media. You have gained experience in the management. You have organisational skills, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for sustainable topics. You bring a cooperative leadership style, team spirit and joy in dealing with people.
