Accounts receivable accountant (m/f/d)

The independent processing of debitor accounting, including accounting of payment inputs and ensuring correct account management, is part of your task. You can keep an eye on open demands, conduct the dunning and take over the written and telephone communication with customers. Customer accounts are adjusted by you, payment differences are clarified and complaints are processed in a solution-oriented manner. The creation of evaluations, reports and key figures supports the transparent control of demand management. In close cooperation with sales, customer service and external service providers, you ensure successful receivable processing. Your experience actively contributes to the optimization of processes in debitor and receivable management.

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on finance and accounting, forms the basis for this position. Finded professional experience in debitor accounting, receivable management or in the dunning system allows you to safely handle the tasks. The routined handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office applications, especially Excel, is part of your profile. A structured, self-contained and careful way of working distinguishes you and supports you in the processing of complex processes. Communication strength, enforcement capability and professional handling of customers as well as internal contact persons are your strengths.
