In order to strengthen our team at the Bühl-Vimbuch site, we are looking for you as a sales assistant (m/w/d) that supports our sales team to present our vehicles on the farm as well as online optimally and to ensure a smooth running around consulting, sampling and delivery.

You present our new and used vehicles attractively on the farm and in the showroom and pay attention to a well-kept appearance. You create and update vehicle awards (price tags, features, hints) and ensure a clear, customer-friendly signage. You'll recommend our vehicle offers in the current online exchanges (e.g., create advertisements, update images and descriptions, ensure data quality). You prepare vehicles for test drives (internal and external check, key and document management) and coordinate sample journeys. You support our sellers in the daily business, e.g. in the preparation of offers, contracts and delivery documents. You are in close coordination with disposition, workshop and service so that all processes around vehicle preparation, movement and transfer work smoothly. Depending on your experience, you will perform further organizational tasks in the sales backup.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive sector or trade, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first experience in the car house or in a drive-related assistance function – motivated cross-comers with a high level of readiness are also welcome. Automobiles are thrilling you – or you have at least the clear desire to work intensively into the automotive industry. You enjoy the presentation of vehicles as well as a well-maintained appearance of our car house – online and offline. You bring a pronounced customer and service orientation, a friendly appearance and communication strength. You work in a structured, reliable and self-responsive manner and keep track of multiple tasks. You are sure to go with the PC and ideally have first experience with online car exchanges; We require MS-Office knowledge. You own a class B license.
