Or you are already running a team and want to continue to be professional? Then come to us in the department ''Clinical Applications'' and lead our team as Head of Unit. The Department of Clinical Applications is responsible for the central IT solutions for the specific requirements of various medical areas. The focus is on providing, operating and continuously developing specialist systems that support clinical processes and medical documentation. The team consists of ten employees and works closely with the other IT departments and with the clinical areas.

leadership and further development of the team of ten employees – including prioritization, deployment planning, coordination and professional support Further development of the unit and participation in the strategic orientation of the Department of Clinical Applications and Development of Target Images, Standards and Roadmaps Planning, design, introduction and further development of clinical IT solutions Responsibility for central documentation and specialist systems, in particular in the fields of cardiology, sonography and radiology / RIS as well as for digital dictate and speech recognition Management and active cooperation in projects as well as consulting the departments in the mapping and further development of clinical processes in cooperation with other areas Ensuring stable operation, need-oriented parameterization or Customizing the responsible applications and control of manufacturers and external service providers Assessment of new requirements and technologies and derivation of meaningful developments for the system landscape

Studies in computer science, medical informatics, medical technology, natural sciences or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience with clinical application systems and medical specialist systems as well as a good understanding of clinical processes and cooperation with other business areas Experience in the introduction, support and development of applications, ideally including customizing Experience in project management, professional leadership, team coordination or comparable responsibility; ideally first disciplinary leadership experience Knowledge of standards such as HL7, DICOM or FHIR are advantageous Communication strength, sense of responsibility and decision-making as well as professional proximity to systems, projects and users Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
