With our subsidiary CHEFS CULINAR, we supply customers throughout Germany and neighbouring countries as industry leader in wholesale delivery. In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us. Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. IT-Systems Engineer (m/w/d)

Planning, deployment, administration and operational operation of the enterprise-wide Citrix infrastructure in the Cloud and OnPremise area Automation and Troubleshooting of all Citrix systems in a distributed, mainly virtually mapped system landscape Planning and implementation of new installations and tasks within the Life Cycle Management (Hotfixes, Patches, Upgrades, Release) Participation in IT infrastructure projects, from planning to introduction Control, coordination and close cooperation with partners and service providers Performance of tasks in 2nd/3rd level support Further development of the monitoring of the entire system landscape in close coordination with the relevant IT-operated specialist teams Creation and continuous maintenance of operational and system documentation

Successfully completed training in IT, studies in business informatics or a comparable qualification Finded experiences with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops version 2402 and higher and Citrix Cloud (DaaS and Mulit Hybrid Operation) as well as Windows OS Server (2019 – 2025) plus Windows 11 25H2 Ideally practical experience in standardizing and automating processes using PowerShell or other tools Self-employed and analytical methods Service orientation and high operational readiness Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Ready to call to secure the IT company
