Management and further development of patient management: You take over the technical and organizational management of the area and develop it strategically. Responsibility for recording and settlement: You bear the overall responsibility for patient intake, patient billing and case management. Ensuring the timely settlement: You ensure a correct and regular settlement taking into account legal and internal requirements. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with the secretariats, outpatients and other interfaces and ensure a smooth process. Process optimization and strategy: You analyse existing processes, optimize them continuously and drive forward the strategic development together with the department heads.

You have completed training or a study in health care. You bring several years of professional experience in patient management as well as in outpatient and inpatient hospital billing. You have sound knowledge of hospital financing and the relevant legal framework. You have leadership experience and are characterized by an appreciation and clear leadership style.
