Introduction and rollout of new HR systems including process adjustments and training Supporting global HR system projects and support, coordination and management of subprojects in the areas of HR Governance, HR Processes, HR Audit and Vendor Management Structure and control of projects including resources, budgets, risks and milestones Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and ensuring uniform quality, governance and documentation standards Creation of decision bases, status reports and management presentations as well as moderation of workshops and bodies
