First contact person for our users in questions and disturbances around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connected ERP systems Analysis, processing and documentation of support tickets in 1st & 2nd level support Working in IT service processes such as incident, problem and change management while maintaining defined SLAs Close coordination with internal expert teams and external service providers in complex issues Support for system maintenance, updates, tests and continuous maintenance and optimization of system and support documentation Also motivated starters:inside and cross-entry:inside with IT affinity are welcome.

First practical experience in IT support or application support, ideally in the context of ERP systems; Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage – dedicated cross-comers are also welcome.
