You support the department manager in the day-to-day business and take responsibility for the appointment and travel planning including billing. In the sales and project controlling, you prepare analyses, reports and key figures evaluations that significantly support decision-making processes. Requirements, enquiries and alerts are checked independently and ensure a smooth handling of spare parts orders – from tendering to accounting. In the case of extensive projects, you will take care of your own tasks and assist in the creation of contracts and agreements. You are also responsible for the documentation and the placement organization in the team Coordination with the superior and cross-funtional teams Support for staff and budget topics Documentation and storage organisation Processing spare parts orders, monitoring delivery status and order status You represent the assistant of the Head of Division

Business or technical studies (FH/Uni) or a commercial training with multi-year professional experience and additional qualifications Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and experience with JIRA and Confluence Excellent knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign languages are advantageous Knowledge of Sales, Project Management and Aftersales An independent, conscientious and reliable operation, paired with good leadership qualities, high loadability and pronounced communication strength
