Service Consultant (m/f/d)

What are you gonna do?

As part of our client service team, you are the central point of contact for our customers. You answer questions of content about data and the use of our Liquid Data Platform, take over the coordination of the implementation of change requests as well as regular data updates and always keeps the quality in mind. You report the relevant key figures for all deliveries, lets you report deviations and soar for proactive customer communication. Your goal: fast, competent solutions and a service that convinces.

With growing experience, you develop as an expert for structural changes in the data models of our customers, advise on change requests regarding meaning and feasibility and introduce your expertise into exciting projects for process optimization and the introduction of new solutions. You work closely with local and international teams – in an environment that offers you flexibility (including remote option) and attractive benefits.

Tasks

Control and quality control of data deliveries to our customers Coordination of corrections and change requests First contact point for customer questions about the use of our data and products Cooperation with local and international teams from (pre) sales to product management Participation in internal projects for process optimization and, where appropriate, Control of own projects Preparation of analytical results and methodological questions

Requirements

Completed studies in economics, social economics, economic informatics, sociology or a comparable discipline Impressed communication and coordination skills and joy in working with customers and internal teams Organizational design and a structured, proactive way of working Interest in dealing with numbers and basic understanding for data structures and data models Problem solving competence and ability to put priorities under time pressure Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of Office 365 and ideally first experiences with Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools First experiences in project management or customer service are a plus
