To make this work smoothly, we are looking for you: an experienced IT service professional who maintains the overview, thinks structured and brings our support forward noticeably.

You're in the middle of what's happening – in the Daily Business and wherever you need quick help and sustainable solutions: 1st and 2nd level support for our employees – usually remote from Offenburg, but if it burns, also personally in the branches Support for IT projects, rollouts and system launches Analysis, Priority and Sustainable Solution of Hard and Software Problems Cooperation with external IT service providers Installation, configuration and support of clients, mobile devices and peripherals User and rights management in complex system landscapes Ticket maintenance, documentation and development of knowledge databases Explore, improve and standardize processes

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist system integration (m/w/d)) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT service (1st/2nd level) Experience in software distribution (e.g. Empirum/Matrix42) of advantage Basic knowledge of Citrix (e.g. Citrix Director, IGEL OS) Solid network know-how DHCP, DNS, VLANs are not foreign words for you Ideal experience with VoIP and Mobile Device Management In short, you're technically fit, think solution-oriented and feel at home in the IT service.
