Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

As part of our approximately 50-member financial area (accounting, controlling, tax), the team acts as an important interface to other disciplines, such as sales and treasury, and processes complex issues in the context of debitor accounting and payment transactions. Debitor management & payment transactions You keep open receivables in sight, book complete account statements and clarify differences sovereignly. You apply debitor master files, plead them and take changes independently. You are responsible for all payment transactions and for smooth operations. Accounting & Customer Communication You create and send invoices and process customer requests service-oriented. You support our specialist departments, e.g. for balance confirmations, reminders or individual customer agreements. You are the central contact person for internal and external concerns. Reporting & graduation You will create meaningful reports and analyses that support decision-making processes. You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

Training, professional experience and competences You have a completed commercial training or a comparable training. You bring at least 2–3 years of experience in accounting; first knowledge of the turnover tax law is a plus. You like to work in the team, communicate clearly and plan your tasks independently and reliably. IT and language skills You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Excel. Experiences with SAP S/4HANA are desirable. You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1).
