In our 18-month trainee program you will receive the necessary equipment for entering a promising project manager career. You will get comprehensive insights into the areas of sales, commercial, planning, construction, work preparation, purchasing and execution. During the program you build a strong network in the company and participate in internal and external training (e.g. VOB, contract law, negotiation management). After completion of the program, you take exciting tasks with responsibility. Your tasks are: Management, monitoring and control of construction projects for our customer Deutsche Bahn AG (travelling / overhead line systems) Support in offering and project preparation Date and cost control of the projects (with budgetary responsibility) Implementation of project-related follow-up management Management of employees and project-related subcontractors Preparation and participation in technical acceptances
