Part-Time HR Specialist with a Focus on Payroll (m/f/d)

You independently create payrolls and take over the reporting system, the contribution accounts and the correspondence with social security funds and the tax office. You enter all accounting measures, for example in the time economy, in our HR system. You process independently administrative HR processes (e.g. the installation of employees in the system, the creation of certificates or employment contracts) and are available for our employees independently in all social insurance, tax and labour law topics for questions.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree as well as professional experience in wage and salary accounting Current knowledge in the fields of labour tax, labour and social security law Experience in personnel administration and implementation of administrative HR processes Safe handling of HR systems and time management systems Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Independent, structured and reliable operation Teamability and high sense of responsibility

The remuneration for this position is in accordance with our domestic collective agreement, takes into account your professional experience and qualification and is between 23,000 and 29,000 EUR gross per year for a weekly working time of 12 to 15 hours.
