Your duties

Conducting work in the field of concrete repair, corrosion protection and coating

Preparation and processing of substrates (e.g. removal of damaged areas)

Processing of concrete and repair systems

Execution of sealing and refurbishment measures

Operation of devices such as beam, milling or grinding

Organisation and coordination of construction sites

Leadership and guidance of professional staff

Planning of personnel, material and equipment use

Ensuring quality, work safety and timely execution

Documentation and coordination with construction management and contracting entities

Your profile Specialist Completely crafted training in the building environment (e.g. concrete builders, painters, coaters, roof tops) or comparable experience

Practical knowledge in the construction or renovation area of advantage

Craft skills and technical understanding

Teamability and reliable operation

Preparatory action Multiannual professional experience in the construction or renovation environment

First experience in managing teams or construction sites

Ideally additional qualifications (e.g. SIVV-Schein, corrosion protection)

Organisational strength as well as independent working
