Process and Digitalization Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you design the interface between discipline, organizational development and IT. You identify potential for improvement and automation, structure technical requirements and develop pragmatic first solutions and prototypes with standard tools. Analysis, structuring and further development of professional processes and processes e.g. by identifying media breaks, manual activities, optimization and automation potentials Translation of technical questions into structured requirements for processes, data and digital solutions Building and promoting data and process understanding, for example by moderating workshops with specialist areas, organizational development and IT Creation of prototypical solutions and evaluations with Microsoft-365 and standard tools as well as site-specific integration of IT with more extensive development needs Operation, maintenance and development of own solutions and documentation and transparency of these solutions Support for data analysis, interpretation and identification and data visualization Establishing standards, templates and procedures for specialist process and digitization topics

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in process management, in business analysis or in digitization projects Very good understanding of business processes and the structured recording and description of technical requirements Good knowledge in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, ideally complemented by Power BI and SharePoint Ability to develop pragmatic solutions with standard tools and to realistically assess their limits A strong communication strength and moderation capability as well as joy in cooperation with specialist departments and IT Structured, analytical and at the same time conversion-oriented
