As an employee (m/w/d) in deployment planning / in technical support, you can look forward to the following tasks: Digital deployment planning: You plan and coordinate the service operations of our external service colleagues for inspections, electrical testing, maintenance and repairs in the field of renewable energies Cooperation with customers and network operators: You make sure all bets run smoothly and work closely with our partners Order processing: You support our sales in the creation of the offers and you accompany the processing process from planning to successful project completion Direct customer contact: You are in close contact with our customers and ensure clear communication throughout the entire project Technical contact: You answer all technical questions of our customers as well as our service technicians in the field of external services and ensure fast and competent solutions Evaluation of operations: You check whether our service operations have been planned and carried out in a cost-covering manner.
