As an Office & Facility Coordinator in Facility Management, you play a central role in managing the state-of-the-art office building optimally and running all processes smoothly. For a well-organized working environment, you work closely with internal teams and external service providers. Coordination & Planning: You support team and regional management in day-to-day business, monitor important deadlines and ensure a smooth schedule.

Quality Management & Certifications: You prepare regular ISO certifications and audits based on predefined guidelines.

Efficient process control: With the help of digital tools, such as a CAFM system, you coordinate the time management and organization of the daily business.

Maintenance management: You monitor ongoing maintenance and control external service providers via a ticket-based system.

Commercial activities: You are responsible for orders, audits and administrative processes.

Security management: You manage digital access management and are responsible for key management.

Object support: Regular tours ensure that all areas in the building are optimally supervised.
