As a helper metal (m/w/d) in Altona, you pack in metal processing and ensure that clean, machined workpieces are made from raw parts. If you like to work practically and fit 3 layers for you, this is a strong entry into the metal world.

• You perform simple work in the basic metal machining and prepare components for the next steps.
• grinding, bending and drilling are part of your everyday life so that the workpieces get the desired shape and quality.
• During metal processing, you work carefully and reliably maintain the specified processes.
• You control the processed parts on visible errors and contribute to the correct quality.
• In production, you support the smooth process and make sure that material and parts are in the right place.
• The work in the 3-layer model gives the team the necessary flexibility in the daily process.
• Also in recurring activities, you stay focused and work clean, fast and responsible.

We are looking for

For this role, you are well suited if you want to pack practically, you are reliable and you want to get into the metalworking. Experience from 0 to 3 years is sufficient, more important are care, motivation and willingness for 3 layers.

• First experience in metalworking or metal base machining is helpful, but no need.
• You bring interest in grinding, bending and drilling and you like to work with your hands.
• A careful and reliable way of working helps you achieve good results even in recurring tasks.
• For work in the team it is important that you stay responsive and can vote well.
• The willingness to work in the 3-layer model is required for this location.
• You are physically resilient and enjoy practical tasks in the production environment.
