As Senior Commercial Manager B2B (FMCG) – Go-to-Market & Expansion (gn), you take responsibility for commercial B2B expansion in Germany. You control new customers from strategic planning to go-live and ensure excellent execution along all relevant sales channels. If you have experience in the FMCG (food, beverage or lifestyle) environment and have a strong combination of Commercial Strategy, Sales Steering and Marketing competence, we look forward to you. Your mission to us You implement the B2B Expansion Roadmap for Germany You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers – from release to go-live You control and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels You translate portfolio priorities into specific NOI, distribution and sales goals You analyze performance KPIs, identify Gaps and guide effective actions You ensure the consistent implementation of Sales Fundamentals – assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising You act as a single point of contact for the German B2B business and tax the operating daily business You share best practices and manage successful execution approaches internationally

Your experience & skills You have at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in the food, beverage or lifestyle environment You have a detectable track record in marketing, sales or commercial roles with clear B2B Focus You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales management or channel management You think entrepreneurial, trade solution-oriented and take responsibility You convince by strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management You work KPI-driven and bring a pronounced analytical competence with You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment You are ready to travel, about 60 percent throughout Germany including Hamburg and HQ You speak German and English
