To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Software Development (m/w/d) – B2B Webshop for our B2B webshop at the next possible time. In your role as Team Lead, you will be able to optimize our B2B webshop together with your team and contribute to the growth of our B2B customer area.

You are professionally responsible for the management, coordination and organisation of a software development team You actively shape the B2B webshop and develop the associated system landscape

You support the connection of new business customers via ERP systems

You ensure the code quality via automated testing and adhering to best practices and coding standards

Working with .NET 8, Entity-Framework, Blazor, Playwright and Vue.js

The Roadmap will help you tune with your Product Owner and communicate current development figures to the relevant stakeholders

You also take over the technical leadership and actively support your team in implementing new, innovative products and processes as well as their further development

You are a team-oriented management personality that lives and integrates our corporate culture into the operating daily business

For this role you have collected at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and 2 years of leadership experience

You have good knowledge of databases, ideally MS-SQL and entity framework

You have knowledge of front-end development, preferably with Blazor, and are motivated to introduce and implement your own ideas into the design of the B2B webshop.

Knowledge with common ERP systems such as SAP-Ariba, Coupa and others are of advantage

You have extensive experience with automated testing (Unit Test/Integration Test)

You want to be part of an agile team and bring plenty of motivation with
