The drinking water for 400,000 people in the region is of the best quality and a healthy thirst quencher. Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You process survey and inventory data with ESRI-based geoinformation systems, creating the data base for the planning and documentation of our supply networks. You are guided by height profiles and trace information, which serve as a decisive basis for the technical planning of new management projects. You take the quality assurance and care of our digital geodata stock and make sure that all relevant information is always correct and up-to-date. As an interface to the planning teams, you prepare plan bases as well as evaluations on and convert data into other formats, such as CAD, if necessary. You support the digital archiving of management documents and thus contribute directly to the legal protection of our important infrastructure.

You have a degree in the field of geoinformation or cartography, a training as a geomatician:in or a comparable qualification in your pocket. You bring professional experience in the processing of geodata and move safely into GIS systems, preferably ESRI. You will collect plus points with knowledge in management, management documentation, or CAD software. Your analytical and structured way of working is as good as your pleasure in working with the team. For the smooth coordination in everyday life you speak fluent German (C1 level).
