Remedial educator (m/f/d)

Your tasks: You work with people who rely on professional support due to physical and/or mental disabilities. The focus of your activities is: Develop and implement individual support plans for students with special educational needs. Design teaching and learning processes and adapt them to the needs of students. Working with other professionals such as logopedists, ergotherapists, psychologists and doctors to ensure comprehensive care. Parents and families support and advise on the development and implementation of funding plans. Promote the social integration of pupils/clients in regular classes or the community. Detailed records of the progress of students and students lead to regular reports for the treatment team.

Completed studies or further training in medical education or a related area. Experience in working with children/young people/adults with special educational needs. Empathy, patience and the ability to individual promotion. Teamability and good communication skills, especially in dealing with pupils/clients and parents.
