Your future tasks with us:

• Allg. Activities of nurses

• Detection and delimitation of the various gerontopsychiatric diseases and active nursing support of the appropriate therapy

• recognize mental problems or emergencies that require, for example, a transfer to a psychiatric institution

• Examination of the awareness of the needy and application of special assessments

• Support of doctors in the search for causes for gerontopsychiatric change

• Training of team members on key topics of rontopsychiatric care

• Psychosocial care, counselling and support of the affected nurses and their relatives

• have completed training in care and first professional experience there

• have an additional qualification for Gerontopsychiatric specialists or have an interest in completing them

• have a lot of patience, empathy and empathy in dealing with rontopsychatically altered care needs.
