They are the first contact person for customers – personal, telephone and digital. They independently organize the entire agency everyday and ensure a structured process. You take over scheduling, create offers and perform important documentation. They manage all requests for damage regulation and customer support and are in close contact with the specialist departments. They support the sales team in all administrative and organizational matters.

They have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. They ideally bring several years of professional experience. They are an organizational institution and also keep an overview in stressful situations. You like to work in the team, are communicative and service-oriented. You have fun at customer contact and a modern, digital way of working is of course for you.
