Trainee (m/w/d) Sales - Start your future in the field

These are your tasks:

You want to start sales, live the connection between technology and people and develop pleasure in selling technical products? Then you're right at JUNG! In our 18-month trainee program you will get to know the distribution from scratch - with real practice reference, coaching and perspective. Part of the incorporation takes place at our headquarters in Schalksmühle, where you can get to know our products, processes and interfaces intensively. You will then gradually take over your first tasks in the field.

You actively support our sales team in projects and customer requests You analyze market and competition data and help to identify new potentials You accompany experienced external service employees to customer appointments and conduct your own discussions later You work with modern tools in the CRM system and help maintain and strengthen customer relationships You organize training, seminars and trade fairs Knowing adjacent areas of expertise and building a strong internal network In the course, you take more responsibility step by step - until you are ready to serve your own customers

We offer two entry paths - depending on which professional background you bring: Trainee A - commercial entry: You have a completed 3-year-old commercial training (e.g. industrial merchant/-wife or the like)

Trainee B - technical or academic entry: You are a technician, master or you have completed your studies (e.g. electrical engineering, industrial engineering)

You are interested in technology and joy in sales You bring technical understanding and desire for customer contact In addition, you convince by: An independent, open-minded and committed occurrence Communication strength and joy in dealing with people readiness to learn, initiative and enthusiasm for premium products Driving licence Class B
