About the company

Do you want to actively implement some of Germany's most demanding infrastructure and energy projects? For our client we are looking for a head of major projects Energy & Infrastructure (m/w/d). In this newly created key position, you take responsibility for building and managing a central project management organization and manage complex large-scale projects in a dynamic environment of the energy transition. The position reports directly to the management and offers a high degree of freedom of design.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the project management organization Establish uniform methods, standards and processes for successful project implementation Overarching management of costs, dates, resources and risks across multiple projects Responsibility for contract, claim and follow-up management Control and coordination of project partners, suppliers and technical service providers Management of demanding stakeholders at customer, partner and management level Further development of reporting and project management instruments Regular reporting to management and close cooperation with commercial and technical interfaces

Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable discipline Solid management experience in the project management environment Experience in controlling complex major projects in the energy, plant engineering, infrastructure, industrial or EPC environment Detectable responsibility for high project budgets and challenging project structures Experience in contract, claim and risk management Entrepreneurial thinking and strong decision-making Secure appearance to customers, partners and management levels Flowing German and Treatable English Knowledge
