You are responsible for a future-oriented sourcing strategy in the field of packaging materials and for their consistent implementation. You continuously analyze market trends, price developments and new technologies, identify optimization potentials and unlock new sources of supply. You conduct strategically important price and contract negotiations and secure competitive conditions in the long term. You take over the strategic supplier management, develop existing suppliers and build long-term, partnership relationships. You work closely with internal interfaces such as sales, product management, production and logistics to efficiently implement projects. You accompany new product introductions and packaging projects and ensure optimal procurement of the required materials. You identify potentials for cost optimization, standardization and process improvement in the packaging sector.

Training: completed economic studies, completed commercial training with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification Know-how: Multiannual professional experience in the strategic purchasing of packaging materials, industry knowledge desirable, knowledge about purchasing processes and methods, negotiation security, safe handling of ERP systems and MS office, reliable knowledge of German and English Working methods: Strong communication and implementation, solution-oriented, team-oriented, responsible and structured and strategic
