Deputy Manager (m/w/d) for our daycare center

“You are interested in working in a Kita’s management team – as a deputy manager with a look forward?” From June and until the end of the year, we are looking for several deputy executives in different daycare centers in Frankfurt am Main. Together with the institution management and the team, you will accompany the children from 1 to 10 years of age depending on the institution. They develop and shape the pedagogical attitude in the management team, promote team culture and ensure that the conceptual foundations of the situation approach or early excellence are actively and effectively anchored in the institution. Do you have the courage to take on challenges and to advance the development of the daycare centre between the chairs? With a smile on the face and always with a view to the democratic education and participation of children, can you enrich the Department of Childhood and our institutions of education and care? We are looking for deputy executives in children's daycare centers with different age groups (under 3 to over 6 years), with large and smaller teams, in rather open structures or more in group relation, construction or further development, in the south and in the west, Hibbde – or Dribbdebach. We make the decision together! The suitable daycare facility is one of about 100 facilities and services of the Caritasverband Frankfurt e.
