Own-responsible takeover of master and care tasks in modern office and administration buildings First contact for the customer for technical faults and questions about the object Regular control of the buildings and of the technical facilities and ensuring a proper and secure condition of the supervised properties Early identification of needs and introduction of necessary measures Information transfer to the object management via the state of the buildings and technical facilities

Complete technical or craft vocational training, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, plant mechanic, electrician, electronic, electrical installer, mechatronic, industrial mechanic, metal maker, locksmith, heating builder, gas and water installer, refrigeration plant builder, mechatronicser for refrigeration, carpenter, painter and painter, dry maker or in a comparable technical or craft trade. Even if you have not yet worked in building technology: cross-entryers from other technical and craftsmanships are expressly welcome First professional experience in the technical building management, as a master of the house, engineer of the house, business craftsmen or in building technology is of advantage – but no need Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation Joy in working in the team and in direct customer contact German knowledge of at least B2 level Class B driving licence is desirable
