Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) We are looking for you at the next possible time, initially limited to 12 months, for our employee service center (MSZ) in Hannover as Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) in full or part-time. As an all-round talent in the administrative area, ensure a smooth running of our MSZ. You are the supportive force for the team, for example, when it comes to the processing of KKH bonus or aid claims. “Activating” is not a foreign word for you? Perfect, then we look forward to you! In our team, you will examine and process the diverse requests of our insured persons, for example, for statutory performances, prevention, rehabilitation/ functional training, sickness benefit child, KKH bonus and aid. Without you, it does not run round: you ensure a complete process by digitizing incoming letters and faxes and importing them into our document management system.

Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the office and with managing tasks. They bring safe MS-Office knowledge and can also be quickly maintained in specialist PC applications. A quick understanding and a high level of readiness for learning are the key. You can easily structure your to-dos and it is easy for you to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
