As Chef de Partie, you are an important part of our kitchen team and contributes significantly to culinary quality. With passion and precision you prepare exquisite dishes and make sure that guests come out of the kitchen with an unforgettable experience. You prepare delicious dishes with passion and precision and ensure that the high quality standards of the house are complied with. You work closely with your team to ensure efficient and smooth functioning in the kitchen. You support the preparation and presentation of food and pay attention to every detail to offer guests an exceptional culinary experience. You monitor the stocks and help in taking and controlling goods to ensure that fresh ingredients are always available. You are responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and ensure that all statutory safety regulations are respected. You are ready to work quietly and focused even in stressful moments to ensure excellent service.

You have a completed training as a chef or experience in gastronomy. You have a strong interest in good cuisine and are familiar with the latest trends in gastronomy. You like to work in the team and have fun preparing a perfect meal with others. You have a good understanding of hygiene rules and pay attention to cleanliness and order in the kitchen. You are stressful and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You have a good eye for details and always strive to deliver the best possible quality in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
