Deputy Branch Manager for Landscaping & Civil Engineering - Dresden (Full-time & Part-time) (m/f/d)

Co-responsibility for the economic result and the strategic further development of the branch in close cooperation with the regional manager Control and control of the operating areas in garden and landscape construction and civil engineering independent processing and calculation of tenders (public and private) Examination and evaluation of performance directories and contract documents according to VOB/A Management, motivation and further development of employees and construction managers Responsibility for employee recruitment and implementation of staff discussions Control and monitoring of ongoing construction projects in terms of costs, quality and timeliness Ensuring compliance with all legal, contractual and safety requirements Active customer support, maintaining existing business relationships and expanding the network Ensuring sustainable high customer satisfaction

Successfully completed study of landscape architecture, civil engineering (focus on garden and landscape construction or civil engineering) or a comparable qualification (e.g. master/technician in garden and landscape construction or civil engineering) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in horticulture and/or civil engineering Found experience in managing and managing larger construction projects Safe handling of public and private calls Good knowledge of procurement law and the application of VOB/A Representative economic competence and high number affinity Organisational strength and coordination and planning talent High customer and service orientation Own-responsible, structured and solution-oriented operation with hands-on mentality Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability Safe, binding occurrence and negotiation skills and empathy
