COC Lead Project Management - Plant Engineering / Major Projects (m/f/d)

Disciplinary & technical leadership of MA in COC (training and training as well as labour law issues of MA) Reporting to the VP Project Management & Engineering Development of personnel deployment plans (resource management) Developing project programs (including the appointment of qualified project and engineering managers) Ensuring the time, cost and quality of all projects Monitoring the entire project portfolio Escalation management in critical projects Release of important project decisions Monitoring of performance levels and milestones Ensuring project profitability Control of project budgets and forecasts Claim and Subsequent Management Risk management and chance assessment Monitoring cash flow and payment inputs Development and optimization of project management methods Introduction of PM Tools and Best Practices Identification of project risks Implementation of countermeasures Ensuring compliance with quality standards Implementation of Project Reviews and Audits Support for corporate strategy Analysis of Project Results and Lessons Learned Contact for key customers in escalations Negotiation of contractual changes and claims Management of customer relationships Coordination with suppliers and partners Representation of the company at important project meetings Participation in the creation of project-related business models, budget calculations and investment options Participation in sales and marketing processes Assessment of tender documents (support for tender activities)

Complete technical (engineering, process engineering or comparable) and/or business studies Min. 10+ years of professional and leadership experience as project manager/project director in large international construction and employee management PM certification (IPMA B/A or PMP) Recognisable responsibility for sales and earnings mastery of classical project management methods Date, Cost and Resource Planning, Risk Management Contract and claim management Multi-project and portfolio management German and English skills Excellent communication and organization skills High level of team capacity and structured working Team development and leadership Stakeholder management skills
