Service & Process Designer (m/f/d)

Design processes that attract customers. As a Service & Process Designer (m/w/d), you develop processes that focus on the needs of our customers – clearly, understandably and practical. With creative methods from UX and Service Design, you create processes that combine quality and user experience. Your tasks at a glance: Recording and redesigning core processes with a focus on customer experience and usability Application of methods from service design, design thinking and co-creation Presentation of workshops as well as pilot projects with departments and locations Modelling and documentation of processes according to governance Design of process templates, role descriptions and guidelines

You bring a completed degree (e.g. economic, social or health sciences, design, communication) or a comparable qualification with You have several years of experience in developing and redesigning processes with a focus on user experience or service quality You can safely apply methods from Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping or Design Thinking Ideally, you have already successfully managed interdisciplinary teams and understand how to integrate different professional perspectives, define common goals and effectively moderate cooperation You draw from empathic, analytical and conceptual creative thinking
