Your new sphere of action

In the Social Pedagogical Family Help, families accompany you individually, resource-oriented and everyday in challenging situations. They strengthen parents in their educational competence, promote the development of children and young people and help families develop sustainable perspectives. You work closely with the Youth Office and other network partners.

Your New Task

• Ambulant, requesting family assistance and Adoptional assistance in accordance with §§ 30, 31 SGB VIII
• Support and support of families in Education, Everyday and crisis situations
• Promoting parental Education skills and the social and personal development of children and young people
• Joint development of objectives and participation in Help planning in cooperation with Jugendamt
• documentation of pedagogical work and preparation of reports and opinions
• Cooperation and Network work with schools, kitas, authorities and other institutions
• Resource-oriented advice and stabilization of family systems

Your profile

• Completed training for the state-recognized Header / Healing Career / Youth and Home Education (w/m/d) or
• Completed study of Social work / Social education or
• Comparable qualifications and degrees
• Experience or interest in work in ambulant youth assistance
• Embossed Consultation, Communication and Process Competence
• Selfemployed, structured and at the same time team-oriented mode of operation
• knowledge of systemic mode of operation or the willingness to acquire them
• Joy in working with children, young people and family
• Flexibility, Elastability and a resource-oriented attitude
• Ready to work with Family in the Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
