They advise our customers and distributors: both by phone and by phone to contract and other specialist projects in the HUS divisions, motor and life They actively address our customers to insurance gaps and new products and ensure the updating of customer data They make calls in connection with given service promises You are actively working on improving our customer service and bringing your ideas into line with our service strategy You have the chance to take over spectacularly exciting and varied special tasks They process business transactions assigned to you independently, in a final and cross-speech manner – at load peaks also transactions of customer correspondence

You have a completed training to/from the merchant/wife for insurance and finance They have good knowledge of the insurance provisions of each contract They are committed, motivated, highly service-oriented and have the ability to keep the needs of customers in focus They are characterized by openness and communication strength and have joy in dealing with people You like to work in the team and contribute your constructive way to a positive relationship
