Together with your team, you will ensure that the quality management system of the manufacturing facility is efficient and meets the company standards and local and global regulations. You check the QMS, identify vulnerabilities and ensure the implementation of mitigation plans You ensure compliance with relevant guidelines for the manufacturing site and products (medicine, dietary supplements, medical products and cosmetic products) You inform the Site Quality Head as well as the Site Leadership Team about quality or compliance-relevant risks You make sure that the manufacturing site is ready for inspections and audits at any time You make sure there is a robust training system for initial and continuous GMP and SOP training You write feedback on inspection observations and ensure the quick implementation of CAPAs You advance process improvements and promote a strong quality culture in the establishment You participate in global projects and ensure the timely implementation of responsibility

You have a degree in Pharmacy or Natural Sciences You will bring at least five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and well-founded leadership experience You can have a proven track record in quality assurance and compliance You show a high level of quality and responsibility awareness as well as self-initiative combined with strong organisational and negotiation skills You have excellent leadership and communication skills and are able to effectively manage a highly qualified, committed and motivated team You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
